Primarily used as a heavy loaded carry to challenge the lower limbs, back, trunk & upper back the yoke can also be used for pushing, overhead carrying, Zercher carries, presses & much more. It can be loaded heavily with plenty of plate space provided & adjusted quickly for optimal height for users of all sizes.
