The goods news is you bought a product from us, so thanks!  But if you are reading this, you are probably thinking about returning it, which is OK, RAZE Strength are committed to 100% satisfaction!  So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, so long as the item is unused, unbuilt, and in the original packaging.  You have 14 days from receipt of your order to get in touch and let us know you’d like to return something.


To start your return process, please send an e-mail to [email protected] and tell us:

  • your order number
  • which product you would like to return
  • why you would like to return it


Our customer service team will then get back to you with details on the next steps – please wait until you receive this e-mail before you send anything back to us.


Once we receive the item back, we will check it over, and if everything is OK (remember it has to be unused, unbuilt, and in the original packaging) we’ll issue the refund to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

Some important things to note:

Items that are personalised, or custom designed to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

You have to pay for the return of the item and they are your responsibility until we receive them, so we recommend you consider using a trackable delivery service – and insurance if the items are high value.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your returned items – it does sometimes take this long depending on which delivery service you used.

If, after inspecting your returned item, we find them in an unsuitable condition we may only refund you a percentage of the original value.


Faulty items:

If you have received items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, then we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement and will arrange and pay for any collections.
