Outdoor Yoke for Core & Leg Exercises

A strongman classic: The Outdoor Yoke. Primarily used as a heavy loaded carry to challenge the lower limbs, back, trunk & upper back the yoke can also be used for pushing, overhead carrying, Zercher carries, presses & much more. It can be loaded heavily with plenty of plate space provided & adjusted quickly for optimal height for users of all sizes.

*Galvanised steel can resist corrosion for 10-15 years.  However, please bear in mind that it’s a functional finish and not aesthetic.  It’s not as smooth and even as a powder-coated finish and will dull in appearance over time.
