Single Leg Squat Machine

The RAZE Nordic / Single squat bench is multi-purpose piece of kit, combining two exercises into one station.  Add some balance and stability challenges to the traditional squat by using the adjustable leg rest for single leg squats, or perform the Nordic hamstring curl by using a combination of the leg rest (which double up as an ankle holder) and the knee pad.
